@kantanaamaya: The film was surprisingly good considering that Finnish voice actors aren't that awesome these days. It seems like they often have kids doing some lead roles and that's not good 'cause they can't act. But my ears weren't bleeding so that's something lol I'd like to see the film in Japanese, though. My niece enjoyed the film (and all the good stuff she got to eat :D) very much.

@Nightshadow: I forgot to ask, but what kind of art does your brother do?

I got new sleeping pills yesterday and I was finally able to sleep last night. Only for about 5 hours, but it was still good. I can take the sleeping pills for about a week and then I have to take a break.

@iheartaiba: I hope those sleeping pills work well for you in the end!

Who saw the new VSA this week? I thought it was slightly more entertaining than last week's. Last week's was kind of boring for me. Too much talk.

I haven't watched the latest VSA yet. I have encoded a lot so I haven't really watched Arashi shows this week. Well not until today. Just finished the latest Nino-san 'cause I saw some gifs and it looked hilarious :D

My right ankle is still painful so I will finally see a nurse tomorrow. It's been like this for maybe three weeks or something.

What did you do to it? If you already mentioned it here, I'm sorry for not paying attention. >.<

It's okay, I sometimes miss things too. Though I don't think I have even mentioned about my ankle before :)

Anyway, the problem is I have absolutely no idea why it hurts. I haven't fallen, sprained it, dropped anything on my foot... Unfortunately the nurse couldn't help at all :/ I got a doctor's appointment but it's not until Nov 6... I don't have money for a private clinic visit so I just have to wait and suffer.

How is everyone doing?
My youngest sister asked if she could come for a visit on Sunday (Sun-Fri). What she didn't tell me was that she has a hospital appointment on Thu morning... Of course she can come here whatever the reason, but because I have to take her to the hospital it's important that I know about it as early as possible.

It's radium poisoning! Sorry, my little joke there, referencing the play I'm in. I'll show myself out...

Where does it hurt? It could be a pinched nerve.

It hurts around lateral malleolus, but I think the pain is in the joints and not the bone. It still hurts a lot when I walk and I have to use an ankle support when I walk more than a few steps in order to keep my ankle position correct.

Just finished cleaning and arranging some stuff 'cause my sister comes here today yay~

^Have you tried ice? Or perhaps ibuprofen? I'm sure you've done everything in the book to cure the pain since this probably happens often.

That moment when I had to look up "lateral malleolus" because I don't know the names of the bones in the foot anymore.

Yeah, I've tried ice, warm gel, anti-inflammatory cream, stretching, painkillers (I can't take ibuprofen because of my asthma)... The foot actually feels slightly better now. Maybe it's finally healing?

It snowed here yesterday! Of course it all melted right away, but it was nice. Winter is probably my favourite season and I really like snow.

My sister left yesterday. We had a great time :) There is this new awesome tea shop in the city centre and we went there twice haha I love that shop. So we ended up playing PS4 and drinking a lot of tea :D

It hasn't snowed here yet, but it has been cold enough. It's been raining all day. I hope the snow stays away for a few more weeks.

Apparently it's going to get warmer here. It's just so hard to figure out what to wear 'cause it can be quite cold or surprisingly warm.

I don't think I have mentioned that the annoying brat who lived two flats away from me moved away last month. Wohoo. I hope the new tenant is quiet. I don't think I have seen them yet.

There is this annoying cat who for whatever reason likes my apartment. If I leave the door open even for a short moment it may very well come inside... And sometimes it sits in front of my door meowing (like right now, at night...). One of the most annoying sounds ever. I like cats, but this one is siofjzogdjo. Also, last week I tried to make it go away 'cause that meowing was driving me nuts (it continued for hours at night) and the cat bit me twice. The cat wasn't aggressive, it actually looked like it thought we were playing. But still. Luckily it didn't bit me badly. It's definitely not a stray cat, but I have no idea whose cat it is (I even asked my neighbours).

You could report that to your landlord and they could figure out who the cat belongs to. I don't know the rules of your buildings, but my apartment doesn't allow pets unless they are emotional support pets, which means they should always be with their owners and not with anyone else otherwise they get fined.

If they do allow pets, then you could still try to let your landlord know so the owner can control them.

My building allows having pets, however our law states that cats may only roam freely in their owner's garden. Unfortunately many cat owners don't care about that law. I don't get why anyone would let their cat walk around freely in a city. Sure I don't live in the centre of the city, but there is still heavy traffic here + not everyone likes it when someone's pet visits their yard (or in my case, apartment). I often wonder aren't the cat owners afraid that their cat may die... But the next time that cat comes here I will try to take a pic of it and then contact my landlord.

^Maybe he's hungry and is begging for food. XD I guess if those are the rules, there's not much you can do about it. Too bad the cat isn't nice. You could try to befriend it. That's just me. I'm a cat person.

^ That one definitely looks like (s)he has gotten food - more than enough XD

I'm sorry for being less active here these days. My depression has turned from bad to awful. Though it's not like it's busy here. Where is everyone? I miss you all :(

I think the depression is spreading. I've been feeling pretty down too, but lately and mostly at night after I get home from play rehearsal. Last weekend, I went to my parents house for a few days but they were both so busy with work and their own lives I might as well have stayed home and be alone there. I wanted to feel better being there but I wasn't. It made it hard to leave and come back to my place.

I have been busy with my play rehearsals mostly. We go on in less than a week now. Do I have all of my lines down? I think I have about 85-90% of my lines memorized, but I wanted it to be more this far along. We'll see how tech week goes.

I hope both of you get better. From mid Fall to mid Winter, there seems to be more depression all around, because we get less sunlight. I have type 2 bipolar disorder and I get a shorter time between crises and the depression phase lasts longer, so my shrink adjusts my meds since late October, so I don't feel that bad. So there is a reason for the winter blues, but I hope nobody gets it.

pk, you're awesome, I'm terrible at memorizing things. You have to tell us about your opening night ^^

I, too, totally fail at memorising things. I hope the opening night goes well!

Out of curiosity, since when did you start acting? Did you have a theatre club or something like that at school?

I first started "acting" when I was really, really young. Maybe 4 or 5 years old. I would stand 2 feet away from my television and act along with the kids on Barney. I either mimicked what they said or said my own thing. The standing 2 feet away from the TV thing is probably what broke my eyes and I had to get glasses. XD That, or reading. I also played with my dolls and toys a lot and gave them lives and their own stories. Like Andy from Toy Story (has anyone seen the new trailer for Toy Story 4 yet?). That was totally me. My first time being on stage was for a production I did with my homeschool group when I was in 7th grade and we did Taming of the Shrew. I only had one line though. In college, I took acting more seriously and acted in a couple musicals. I also took some acting and theater classes.
