Neither would I . Already suffering from Tokai withdrawal. I think I'm already going to rewatch the series next week (at the latest ).
The end kept the possibility open, but they'd need a completely new story because there are no real loose ends (which is a good thing too I guess).

Finally got to watch this show. I really liked it! Then again, I usually like medical tv series. Nino playing one of the main roles was an added bonus. 
I do hope they make a second season. I wonder about Nekota though. Why does she follow Tokai? Was she a victim of medical malpractice?

this drama is so great. i love some of dr tokai's line. it keep me motivated. and nino's acting did really make me want to become a surgeon.
